1c Milk of Choice (Coconut, Almond, Macadamia, Hemp, or Cashew)

2Tbsp  Organic Chia Seeds

1-2Tbsp Hill Country Mercantile Elderberry Syrup

1/2tsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

1/2-1Tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)

Toppings of choice: Berries, Slivered Almonds, or Granola (optional)

Mix elderberry syrup, ceylon cinnamon, and maple syrup with your chosen milk in a wide enough mason jar. Add the chia seeds to jar and mix. Place lid on jar and refrigerate overnight. Add more liquid as needed to reach desired consistency (optional). Sweeten further if needed and serve with toppings of choice.


Prep idea:

Chia pudding can be kept refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week!

1-2c Greens of Choice

1/2- 1c Berries of Choice

1-2Tbsp of Hill Country Mercantile Elderberry Syrup

1/2 Avocado

1c Milk of Choice (Coconut, Almond, Hemp, or Cashew)

Blend in a high powered blender till smooth. We love our Vitamix. Then add in a few ice cubes and blend to liking.


~Sub 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 frozen, steam cooked zucchini for avocado. Or keep it all!

~Add 1Tbsp almond,cashew,sunflower butter

~Add 1Tbsp cacao for chocolate flavored smoothie

~Add 1Tbsp MCT oil for extra fat burning power
